July is historically a busy month for us---we always go to the CHA Summer (formally known as the ACCI) trade show in chicago. So we spend a few weeks getting ready, getting our budget ready, analysing the warehouse stock and setting up a plan of attack for new products. This July is no different. We are already working on things for the trade show. Getting a preview all set up, with a lot of new fun products on preorder. I can't wait to get these products live for presale. I was tickled by the new things I am seeing so far. I can't wait to see what else we find at the show. Jeffrey and I are not going to be at the show for the duration as we have in the past. We are actually going to be walking the show for only a day. But we still plan to see as much as we possibly can. Which means we have less time to fit in meetings and lengthy chats as we usually do. We are eager to get there, see all there is to see and meet all of you who are planning to attend. Watch for the Two Peas trade show preview prior to and the first day of the show.

In the last few months we have had a few of the Garden Girls leave the team. It always makes me so sad. these girls are my friends as well as designers for the site. I was sad to see Shelley, Marilyn, Tracy and Marah go. I have gotten to each of them over the years and will miss not only their work, but also their support and wise words. I am so appreciative of all that they have done for me. I hope to see their great talents out there in the industry in the future.
As a result of their leaving, I felt the need to bring in new girls and while I was at, I decided to take it up a notch and make the team total 40 instead of 35. Since we were down to 30, that means I am adding 10 new people to the team. I hope you enjoy seeing them all join the team as much as I do.

Kristina Nicolai-White: I admit it, I adore the KI products. I Love the colors, the patterns, the feel of them. I don't think there is a pattern that I don't like. I just love to mix and match all of the papers, collections and embellishments. Give me some Ki and I am happy as can be!

Anne Heyen: One of my favorite product lines is Carolee's Creations. They keep coming out with such fun stuff. I love the new papers and the printed twills especially but how can I not own everyone of their new cardstock letter and sticker sets too? Such problems! The solution is to own it all and scrap often so I can use it all up and buy what they come up with next

Allison Kimball: I am loving the 7 Gypies tags! Love the possiblities! Love the journaling prompts!
